Claims for shortage and/or damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Claim for non-delivery must be made within 45 days of invoice date.

Title to goods supplied shall not pass to the buyer until the full price in respect thereof has been paid.

Goods are not returnable without prior authorisation.

Payments must be made in £ Sterling. Cheques to be made payable to Gardner Education Ltd. and drawn on a United Kingdom Bank. We accept payment made by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro cards.
