How to order

Our Search Facility

You will find our search box on the top of every page. You can search by entering the book title, ISBN, Series Name or keyword into the search box (this information can also be found in our printed catalogue). You are also able to search any of the categories within our site by using our drop down list of search categories. 

For example: If you were looking for our complete range of 'Chill Out' books, you would enter 'Chill Out' into the keyword box and select 'Series' from the dropdown list.

Because this is a broad search of our range of books and because we have so many to offer to you, we recommend that you search by the book's 'ISBN number' or by the 'Series Name'. For more information on our series, please visit our home page where you will find 'About Our Series' in the bottom left corner. 


Your Shopping Basket

Items can be added to your shopping basket as you browse. Simply click the 'Add to Basket' button next to the product which can also be done when you view more information about a product.

To view your basket click on the 'Go To Shopping Basket' button on the left hand side of the page. Once in the basket, you can see any purchase you’ve made. You can then proceed to check out or update your basket if you have changed any quantities.

To change the quantity of an item you’d like to purchase, enter the number of copies of this book you’d like into the 'quantity' box next to the product and then click ‘update’.


Payment Options

If you are ordering from a school or bookshop, your payment options are the following:

a)  We will invoice you, quoting your purchase order number 
     (this can be entered in the 'comments' box after choosing a payment method). 
     Select 'Pay using your registered account' when choosing a payment method.
b)  You may pay by credit/debit card when processing your order. There is no additional charge for this.
     Select 'Pay securely by Credit or Debit card' when choosing a payment method.

If you are an individual or a parent you may pay by credit/debit card when processing your order. There is no additional charge for this. Select 'Pay securely by Credit or Debit card' when choosing a payment method.
