How to order

Searching on our site

Home Page Search
Should you be interested in a specific 'series' of books, simply scroll down when on our home page and you will find 'links' to each of the 'series' on our site.

Product Search Box
You will find our search box on the top of every page. You can search by entering the book title or ISBN into the search box (this information can be found in our catalogue).  

Online Catalogue Menu Search
You will find our 'Online Catalogue' menu on the left hand side of every page. Clicking on each of the main categories (Alphakids, Phonics, Early Years Foundation Stage etc.) will open up sub-categories below the main category. Click on these to view information about the product or click 'View/Order' sub-categories to go straight to the detailed description and ordering pages.


Your shopping basket

Items can be added to your shopping basket as you browse. Simply click the 'Add to Basket' button next to the product which can also be done when you view more information about a product.

To view your basket click on the 'Go To Shopping Basket' button on the left hand side of the page. Once in the basket, you can see any purchase you’ve made. You can then proceed to check out or update your basket if you have changed any quantities.

To change the quantity of an item you’d like to purchase, enter the number of copies of this book you’d like into the 'quantity' box next to the product and then click ‘update’.

Payment options

If you are ordering from a school or bookshop, your payment options are the following:

a)  We will invoice you, quoting your purchase order number 
     (this can be entered in the 'comments' box after choosing a payment method). 
     Select 'Pay using your registered account' when choosing a payment method.
b)  You may pay by credit/debit card when processing your order. There is no additional charge for this.
     Select 'Pay securely by Credit or Debit card' when choosing a payment method.

If you are an individual or a parent you may pay by credit/debit card when placing your order. There is no additional charge for this. Select 'Pay securely by Credit or Debit card' when choosing a payment method.
